How Vatraxaki Works
A quick guide explaining login, chat, files, friends and account management.
Account & Login
- Create an account easily with username, email and password.
- Login securely using username or email.
- Recover your password using the reset link sent to your email.
- You can delete your account permanently at any time.
Chat Functions
- Send encrypted messages instantly to any friend.
- Share encrypted images, videos, audio or documents.
- Delete a message only for yourself.
- Delete a message for both sides.
- Edit a sent text message anytime.
- Typing indicator shows when your friend is typing.
Friends System
- Search and add friends by username or email.
- Accept, reject or cancel friend requests easily.
- Block users to stop messages and requests.
Advanced Settings
- Change password
- Delete conversation history *Be careful, however, this deletion option is for all sent and incoming messages from all friends who have sent you or have sent you so far!!. There are two options, deleting messages only for you or for both, that is, from 2 sides to all friends!!!
- Delete account! When you delete your account, all your messages and files will be deleted from friends and from the server!

- Click on the circular box next to your name and select your photo.
Search for Friends
- Ask your friend for the username or email they used during registration and perform a search. Select their name and tap Add Friend. A friend request will be sent immediately, which your friend can accept or decline. The sent friend request will appear in the Sent Friend Requests list, where you can cancel it at any time. Incoming friend requests are managed in the same way through the Incoming Friend Requests list.
- The friends list displays the users you are connected with and allows you to delete or block them. If you delete a friend, you can send them a new friend request, or they can send a new request to you from the beginning. If you block a friend, they will no longer be able to send you friend requests or messages. After unblocking a friend, a new friend request must be sent from scratch, either by you or by the other user.
- After selecting a friend, you can immediately start chatting with them. Their name will appear on the chat screen. You can manage your sent messages by: editing them deleting them only from your own side or deleting them for both users You can attach videos, audio files, photos, and documents, all of which can be downloaded to your device. To download photos, tap a download link. Sent documents generate a download link. Video or audio media files tap a download link. At the top of the chat screen, there are two options: Clear Chat, which removes messages only from your side Delete, which deletes the messages for both sides of the conversation
Install App - Install App from google play
- During your first visit to Vatraxaki.com, you will notice the installation option on the left side of the page. For desktop or laptop users (Windows), this option appears as Install App. By clicking on it, the application will be installed on your computer. Alternatively, you can simply use the application directly through your browser (Chrome, Mozilla, etc.). If you choose to install the app, the Install App button will no longer appear. Users of Android mobile devices or tablets can click on the Install App from Google Play button, which will redirect them to the Vatraxaki Private Messenger application page on Google Play, where they can install the app on their device. The application is very lightweight, only 13MB in size. When the application runs in the background, after approximately 3 minutes it enters sleep mode, consuming no battery power and sending notifications. Upon reopening the app, it automatically wakes up and all notifications will be delivered normally. ⚠️ Important: Upon logging into the system, you will be asked to accept 5 access permissions, which are completely safe and required solely for the app’s functionality: Camera and video permission, required to send photos and videos in real time Audio recording permission, required to send voice messages Notification permission, to receive sound alerts for incoming messages and friend requests Access to music and files, required for file sharing Access to photos and videos stored on your device These permissions can be revoked at any time through the application settings. By accepting them, you gain full access to all features of the app — this is their only purpose. We do not access, monitor, or control your files, we have no knowledge of your content, and we cannot interfere with your device in any way.
Security & Privacy
- All messages & files are end-to-end encrypted.
- Messages/files older than 48 hours delete automatically.
- We do not store logs, do not read messages and do not sell data.
